A Private Health Services Plan is where a PHSP administrator processes the medical receipts for you and any employees.
- The employee incurs a valid medical expense. They pay the provider (therapist/specialist/pharmacist etc).
- The employee submits a claim to the administrator.
- The Administrator processes the claim. They send an invoice to the company.
- The company pays the Administrator for the receipts plus an admin fee
- The administrator reimburses the employee.
