Private Health Services Plan

A Private Health Services Plan is where a PHSP administrator processes the medical receipts for you and any employees.

The employee incurs a valid medical expense. They pay the provider (therapist/specialist/pharmacist etc).
The employee submits a claim to the administrator.
The Administrator processes the claim. They send an invoice to the company.
The company pays the Administrator for the receipts plus an admin fee
The administrator reimburses the employee.
